IBM社製品及びその他メーカーのコンピュータ保守を確かな技術陣をもちまして、提供しております。
お客様のご予算、ご要望にあわせ、 スタンバイサービス、オンサイト保守、代替保守、センドバック保守、保険保守を選択できます。
お客様の環境、要望により、当社費用による、代替機器の提供、組み込み、予備機／予備部品の現場保管の提供もしております。
■ 各種製品の検証、保守サービス業務の受託 ■
各メーカー様もしくは、製品販売元様からの、各種の機器調整（導入前／導入後）及び、製品の保守サービスの依頼／委託を受け付けております。


→ スタンバイサービス
弊社技術員もしくは弊社指定業者技術員が、障害の有無にかかわらず、
現場に待機して障害に対処いたします。

→ オンサイト保守
弊社技術員もしくは弊社指定業者技術員が、現場にて保守作業を実施します。

→ 代替保守
機器障害毎もしくは事前に弊社より送られた代替機を、お客様に交換していただきます。
弊社にて機械修理中も、お客様の機器環境を損なうことなく業務を遂行できます。

→ センドバック保守
故障した機械をお客様より弊社に発送して頂き、修理後、弊社よりお客様にお届けします。

→ 保険保守
弊社費用負担にて、メーカ技術員による保守を行います。
